Fantastic Experience!

Good quality, but project kickoff was slow
I found a referral link online that offered a nice discount on my initial engagement with The Design Love. I was looking for a UX Audit for my company's new platform. The quality of the audit itself was quite thorough and provided actionable insights, definitely comparable to the kind of work you'd expect from a larger firm like IDEO in terms of detail. However, getting the project officially started after the proposal was approved took longer than I anticipated. It felt like there was a bit of a delay in getting the initial calls scheduled and the project plan finalized, which pushed our timelines back a bit. Once it got going, the communication was clear and the deliverables were excellent.
Good UX audit, slow start
I hired The Design Love for a UX Audit of our existing web application. The audit itself was insightful, pointing out several areas we hadn't considered. The report was detailed and actionable, which is exactly what we needed. However, getting the project started took a bit longer than I expected after the initial quote. There was a week between accepting the proposal and the kickoff call. Once it got going, though, the team was efficient, and the final output was definitely valuable.
